A 5-day itinerary (long weekend) of ski touring in the Pirin and Rila mountain ranges near Bansko. We will be based for 4 nights in the busting town of Bansko, the ski capital of Bulgaria and each day we will do different tours in the areas around. The most convenient arrival point for this tour is Sofia, from where we reach Bansko for a less than 3h drive.
We will stay in a local family run hotel and balance between eating homemade food in our accommodation and trying local specialties in the restaurants of Bansko.

We reserve the right to change the order of the days or the locations due to the weather and the snow conditions, without compromise with the quality of the whole tour and the time for ski touring.
Day 1: Arrival, transfer to Bansko
Day 2: Transfer to Bezbog area for a touring day
Day 3: Vihren Valley and Hvoynati Peak
Day 4: The area of Yavorov Hut or Semkovo/Belmeken in nearby Rila
Day 5: Half day of touring, transfer to the airport
